Shipping Process
Shipping estimates are based on dates provided by shipping couriers. All orders will be send with postNL or DHL couriers.
Orders received before 12:00 (PM) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12.00 (PM) and in weekends or national public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Return Process
Please request a return authorisation within 14 days of receiving your order. Make sure you include your order information: order number / email address. All returns must be send back in original condition and same packaging. We will refund the order amount due within 7 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order.
