SHIPPING  PROCESS

Shipping estimates are based on dates provided by shipping couriers. All orders will be send with DHL couriers. 

Orders received before 12:00 (PM) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12.00 (PM) and in weekends or national public holidays will be processed the next business day. 

RETURN PROCESS 
Please request a return authorisation within 14 days of receiving your order. Make sure you include your order information: order number / email address. All returns must be send back in original condition. We will refund the order amount due within 7 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order.

Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item is not in the original condition. In this instance, the item will be returned. Please note the costs of returning to Kashstudios are for  your own account. 

SHIPPING COSTS  

Shipping is free within the Netherlands. For other EU countries, a shipping fee of €10 applies, which will be shown during checkout.
